Be careful because you dont want to lose out on decent accommodation, because if a hotel is near capacity or fully booked, they will definitely not be available on last minute bargain websites. I also found that they may have availability but not for your entire stay, which means you might be changing hotels a couple of times. Also bear in mind that Bali has picked up and it is busy. July is school holidays in Australia, so again it will be busier. Most of the online hotel booking sites you could book now and you will not find that their price will change between now and closer to July.
