with no problems yet. As mentioned below, I faxed it through to prevent these details ending up in cyberspace. Before I faxed through the credit card details I phoned my bank and they said that it's OK and pretty standard and should anything happen, I'm covered by them. Also, when you arrive at any hotel in Bali they ask for a copy of your passport anyway.
