I changed from telkom speedy to Telkom-Flash, the latter belong to cellphone provider Telkomsel. It used HSDPA system a.k.a 3.5G network.
For unlimited service, they charge you 125.000 plus tax.
The speed ? Excellent, it's pretty fast and beat telkomspeedy in many instances.
You must buy modem or 3.5G cellphone.
