I have booked accomodation via email with 4 different hotels this year,two for May and two different hotels for August. Not credit card details, no passport requested and no deposit requested either.
Have I been asked to reconfirm August bookings about 4 weeks prior, yes, but that is a simple email and courtesy anyway.
All were prompt and very courteous in there email communications.
What more can ANYONE ask!!!
