Have stayed in various hotels around Kuta and Legian for under 100,000 per night for two. All with own bathroom, clean, and a couple with pools. Not air-conditioned, and hot water is iffy. Most include breakfast. Never booked - always walk-in and check the room first to make sure it is clean.
