Last month I returned from Bali. In Kuta, I stayed at Agung Cottages in Jalan Legian for Rp 250,000 per night - non air con. I also stayed at Taman Sari Cottages - air con in Poppies Lane 2 for Rp 180,000 per night.
Both places had swimming pools, free breakfasts, private bathrooms and two beds.
