Me thinks you are talking about the one across from the Troppo Zone. I should know the name walked passed it heaps of times but obviously had to many bintangs and can't remmember. Don't think it's official but the lane is known as Troppo Zone lane. You could email the Reunion Club(info@bali-reunionclub.com) it's the small bar you pass when walking up the lane.
