We arrived about 1pm and walked down to the lowest level. We paused and looked at the bar on level 2, I recall 2 men there. About an hour or so later we returned up to the ground level and I took some photos of the glorious bowl of flowers in front of the bar.
Damn disappointed you didnt speak up at the time!
