Sita Fashion is a wonderful faxed price store that also sells lovely pottery, leather bags and other handicrafts (another one stop shop).You can find them at Jl. Legian Kelod, No 373. Delivery to Tuban was only 20,000rp.
No problems with the airlines. All the metal pieces were packed together for me. We put it through checked luggage (Garuda staff placed fragile stickers all over it) rather than carry it on the plane as hand luggage. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
