that is peak hour and any day apart from sunday the traffic is absolutely horrendous at that time: the cafes on racecourse road as suggested would probably be the closest and there are heaps of taxis waiting at the airport but really why would you bother - those coffee shops are nothing special ..save yourself the hassle and just have a coffee at the airport - Aromas do excellent coffee - no doubt you will have lots of eating out coming up when you hit Bali!
