Sorry cant help with the VOA VIP as never used this service, just one of the sheep in the VOA queue. Re shopping in markets etc, I NEVER buy anything at night from markets I've always been caught with sun fading, stitching coming apart, as the lighting is very poor, you cant see the faults til its too late. So always buy these in daylight. I've never had a problem looking at things I wish to buy, I have a good look, but dont always purchase, I'm always friendly and polite and shop keepers are the same, has never been a problem browsing even in upmarket stores.
