You will be landing at the LCCT in KL and not KLIA. Here is some info from my collection of notes They are from earlier this year. Can't update the pricesa as the LCCT website is under maintenance.
To avoid:- (i).unlicensed touts at the airport-ensure to purchase taxi coupons at counter after customs, and before exit glass door to public arrival hall. Prices vary depends which zone / area you are going to. It should be around RM 65. Once you go out into the airport, don't fall for the guy advertising 'Government legalised prepaid taxis' - they will cost around RM160.
AirAsia also operates a shuttle bus from KL Sentral to LCCT, for a one way of RM9.00. It is called Skybus and recognisable with its bright red AirAsia corporate colour. It takes 1hr 15mins. You can get more info at www.skybus.com.my. When you get to KL Sentral go to the taxi voucher counter and tell them your destination and they will sell you a voucher. This will save negotiating with the taxi driver on the fare and getting ripped off. Taxis are not metered. Go for a budget taxi, they are fine for a short trip.
