If you are meaning from airport into the city - yes there are taxi's.
But easiest cheapest way is to catch the Air Asia buses (skybus).
Takes a tad under an hour and costs RM9 one way, these will deliver you to KL Sentral, then you catch a cab to your motel or take the monorail.
