You will only be paying your VOA upon arrival in Bali.
rp150 000 departing Bali.
All Malaysian visa's etc are included in your airfare, there is nothing to be paid at Kuala Lumpur airport.
We have flown a total of 6 times with Air Asia, have another 6 flights booked with them in Oct/Nov - have nothing but praise for them so far.
Long Haul flights now have tv screens in each seat RM30 cash, or RM28 credit card.
