Though it was a while ago, I am not a fan. We have stayed there twice. Do not even entertain the idea of staying at the apartments with kids. It is a massive hotel and it is to far away. If you forget something, it is a hike back to your room. The cleaning leaves alot to be desired, I see it hasn't changed. Lots of places in Bali, stay somewhere else.
