I'd be spitting chips too. Seems like they're happy to take your money and then feel they can do what they like. This is the airline DC used to refer to as Jetstink isn't it? Starting to see why.
Every right to be angry and now you have to spend all this extra time sorting it out.
Flying with them for first time to Singapore next month. I guess we're lucky in Perth that they can't really stuff us around too much sending us via different states! Lets hope so anyway.
