You could try upstairs at Mayang, on the corner next to Matahari, or look around for small manufacturers in Jalan Hassanudin in Denpasar.
Make absolutely sure that you get the message across loud and clear that you want white gold.
Maybe this is "Mas Putih", but I am sure it will be corrected if not.
A small sample of white gold may help to clarify.
