Yes Cookie is in Legian at his starfish surf shop in Legian but I dont know the address. If you cant find him consider Wayan whos surf shop is in Legian Tengah Street Gg Three Brothers which is next to Warung Kartini, so if your hungry dont miss Nyomans food its so good.
