Kartika Plaza and The Hard Rock both have kids clubs. I haven't stayed at either so I can't comment on them.
We usually stay that the Dynasty but I have walked through the grounds of the Kartika Plaza hotel, it is very nice but the rooms are too expensive for us. I know it's in Legian but the Padma is another that has a kids club.
