hi Just back, my opinion of this resort was that the rooms werent as we expected and are an average motel that you would find here in australia. The staff werent as over friendly as we had in another resort and seemed understaffed for the amount of rooms, we moved 3 times to different rooms! the bathrooms were my biggest dissapointment they werent all that clean but they were standard! The grounds are lovely and the pools were too but no shade over pools so we had to wait til late after noon!
The location was great! didnt like their breakfast! the resturants next to jayakarta are all great!
my opinion is that the outside in the jayakarta looks way more beautiful than the inside, i think you see the outside and expect the rooms to be that nice.. after saying all that they arent all that bad but just dont have high expectations and for the price i guess its worth it.. i wouldnt stay there again or if i did it would only be for 2 or 2 nights not 10 like my last stay and i would only stay there for the location..
