Whenever we have booked with QFF I ring Jetstar and give them my details name, Qantas booking number etc and they will allocate you a Jetstar booking number (which will be different to the Qantas one) then you can jump online and book seats or with Jetstar direct over the phone. No nothing extra for being a QFF you still have to pay for food, drinks etc etc.
