Hi, I totally support what has already been mentioned by cpbulli , Deb M and jerryatric. We just got back from Bali 2 weeks ago, see my post a little further down, I go in to detail about the orphanage at Amlapura which we visited while there (jerryatric had given us details about).
They definitely need of any help they can get. I've written all the info you should need in my post last weekend, but if you need any further information, I've left my email open.
I'm sure there are many orphanages in similar situations, but I'm just speaking from our recent experience.
