it wouldn't surprise me! I have not been able to - for past four days - send/download emails from Jakarta using both Indosat3G(oats)"Broadband" (joke!!!)and complimentary Star(n)One CDMA modem which they gave me after my letters of complaint about total lack of service/bandwith were published in Jakarta Post and Jakarta Globe. They have oversold bandwith to the point that if one can actually access the Internet, download speeds are unbelievably slow. Thank goodness that my domain host is Adam Internet in Adelaide so I can still intercept incoming emails via their Webmail.
