If you do, you can get them at some spas. Had severely blocked ear there last week and searched for them. Not at Apoteks we went to or pharmacy, someone said they'd got at Guardian (Galleria) but found them at a spa across from BGH somewhere. 100K for 2, and she would have done it for 50k more.
Didn't fix my problem however. My self remedy of shoving a cotton bud down my ear must have made the problem too big!
