stayed at casa padma, looked at kuta lagoon last year.
Casa Padma is nice but a bit tired, and a bit noisy as it is right on the street.
Kuta lagoon is a lot quieter and more peaceful, pool out your back door. pool is a lot bigger and more private areas. to sit around the pool. set back off the street behind other buildings. Further away from the beach than Casa Padma
I would choose kuta lagoon over Casa Padma.
