is when you pay an agent who meets you at Bali airport and take your passport and immigration card, and he takes them and arranges all for you, while you either wait in a lounge type area, or in the luggage hall. Everyone must pay for a visa on arrival VOA, the agent also sees to this. You pay extra of course for this service but it means that you don't have to wait in queues and are out of the airport quite quickly. There are 2 different agents doing this I believe, I have only used one, llok in archives where you will find lots more info.
