Ubud and the elephant park at Taro would be a full day but I would suggest that when you go to Waterbom you just get dropped off and then either call him to pick you up or just catch a bluebird taxi back. May I also suggest that if you have any unwanted childrens clothing that you take them to Bali. They will be greatly appreciated.
