playgrounds does not live up to its name, it can actually be more dangerous at times that the other breaks. The main reason for this is the amount of exposed reef when the tide is lower. my husband has been surfing for 40 years and had his first accident at Playgrounds, over the falls and his board hit him in the eyebrow- 10 stitches.
