We also booked over internet with hotel directly. Geri is right in saying it takes 4 days for them to reply sometimes longer. We booked in late Feb for October and managed to get in. Flight Centre couldn't book hotel as not on their books. TA could get us into Jayakarta and we had this reserved if KP full.Good luck with your booking.
