currency on travel card

We are going to Bali, well Sanur actually in 15 days!(Can hardly wait) I want to take an ANZ travel card in addition to a bit of cash but am not sure what currency to choose from USD or GBP. We are aussies but AUD is not an option. Can anyone advise on what currency is best out of these 2? Also, are there ATM's in Sanur, near the Puri Santrian?
