The stamp comment was in regards to bra's response that if you go to Indo cons in Syd. they will put stamp in your passport for $5.00Aus. And that exempts multi-entry visa holders from having to pay fiscal tax. Sorry for the confusion.
My partner is Balinese and I was told that he could get exemption card while we were in Bali but he said that he couldnt as he didnt work or have business.So now when he goes back in June he can hopefully get card and we can save ourselves bout $900 for the 12 months.
