Just get the airport taxi and is fixed price of 55,000 rp. If they don't know where KTH is just say it is behind Secret Garden on Poppies 1 and they will know. Do NOT let them drop you at the start of Poppies as is a bit of a hike with suitcases.
Plenty of people to meet at the bar and the pool at KTH as mainly aussies and is very quiet except when the footy is on :). Step out the front and there are lots of locals you can chat too as well.
