Hi, my friend organised pick up from Masa Inn, by car I went to Padang Bai and from there caught the fast boat to Gili T. It took about 2 hours from Kuta to Padang Bai and just over 1 hour by boat. The cost was about 1m for return travel. I went with a few friends for a reggae concert as Sama Sama Bar and yes I stayed away from the mushies.
I stayed at Big Bubble - a really nice quiet little place, the cost was 350,000 per night, due to the concert and the fact it was Nyepi day in Bali the accommodation was expensive as everywhere was booked out and they could charge what they wanted to charge. I would definetly go again and would travel the same way.
