Drastic action indeed! To make matters even worse,I have heard the Gov are going to put posion baits down so these animals will have a slow and painful death. Bali Animal Welfare Assoc (bawa) are doing a excellent job in sterilzing,treatments and they have a mobile van worked by volunteers. Go onto their site for more info and they have a petion going regarding the bali dogs.
