I did say at the time, that I think they'd stuffed up as I was charged $120.00 last year. The guy who attended to my request could barely speak English.
Anyway to cut a long story short LOL I've not been charged at all on my credit card. I DO HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION with the extra 10kg allowance printed on it.
Now I'm cacking myself incase they don't have it documented at their end. I'm not sure whether to bluff it or call them back and risk the extra charge. That's what I get for trying to rip off the system LOL Cheers Tinggading
