I have only stayed at the Suites (which are great for families as you can get two or three bedroom apartments with kitchens, and the apartments are huge). The Suites certainly had water dispensers, but I don't know about the Hotel.

From the SPPH you'd probably negotiate a deal into Kuta with a driver rather than get a taxi. The hotel has drivers on tap. I think we paid about 60,000 from Sanur to Kuta from memory, but I could be wrong. The Hotel actually has a shuttle bus that takes you to Kuta in the morning for around 10,000 each, but they don't provide transport back, strangely.

The ATM outside Hardy's supermarket is good. I don't use money changers, so can't comment on that. The hotel shuttle bus takes you to the supermarket and beach, as well as the Suites, which might be good for your kids because it has a kids pool/club with water slide and playground.

Not sure that helps, but feel free to ask any more questions.
