Here's a interesting thought Pak,I wonder how nuch quicker the queue would be if EVERYONE paid in USD...CASH!!!

Seriously though,I think my advice is aimed at all first-timers who just need to get through it all without incident.
I'm going back in May with 4 first-timers and we're all taking USD regardless of exchange rates.Once we're past immigration I'll either change money inside the airport if I think I'll need it or get my driver to stop on the way to my hotel,he'll probably know where the best rates are anyway.
