It was their version of chilli sauce......and a mistake that can be made.
However, it could be said that an establishment can be judged by the way that it deals with problems, and it seems that on this occasion the problem was initially dealt with very badly.
I agree with the poster that this was unacceptable, and would take the same course of action......eat elsewhere.
