Unless things have changed very recently, the post by cinderz is correct.
A social Budaya visa is originally issued for 60 days with the ability to be extended, at appropriate times, up to a total of 180 days.
This is quite distinct from a 60 day Tourist Visa, which as the name implies, is for period of 60 days only.
