before you go and then you can leave it there. If you have until June I guarantee you will find a $20/30 bargain. There are swap meets and garage sales you can go to.
You can pull everything off the pram (sometimes there are a couple of screws you need to undo but it all comes off) and soak in napisan and wash it all so you know its completely clean - I have done this many times and did it with a twin pram I took and left in Bali.
If you are willing to spend up to $40 anyway you can use a better quality pram (compared to a stroller) and then help someone out when you leave it there too.
