stayed at the Safari Park in September and the Marine Park was not finished. Our trip to Safari Park was messed up by the tourist stand on the beach outside of MBR as I think the guy was relieving while the other guy went for tea. We were told they pick you up from your hotel, which is'nt true althought if you pay when you come back they will do it. We stayed a night an enjoyed it but not all huts are in front of the watering hole as ours was in front of the swimming pool but not a problem as you can walk to the watering hole.
We ate at the lion restaurant for dinner and the soft shell crab was lovely and breakfast was free. Best time to see the lions are at dinner or breakfast. Lunch we ate at the Indonesian stand and it was very tasty and cheap. Apparently the price for the ticket in is included in accomodation price but because of the mix up we paid for ours which had more freebies on it.
Kids loved the water park and the rides but they had to buy tickets for the flume rides and because they rode it so many times they were given a couple of freebies. There is a good website with prices and I will leave my email open if you need to ask questions.
