Great location down the southern end of the beach.
The hotel is not the boutique style that you can get for a higher price but it offers excellent value for money with buffet breakfast included in the tariff.
Rooms are well furnished and everything works.
There are lots of cheap and cheerful warungs next to the hotel on the beach with Bobbies being our fave.
Two huge pools, free shuttle bus to kuta and activities every day for kids and adults if you can be bothered.
There's a happy hour in a least one of the hotel bars on the beach.
