The new one has relatively spacous bedrooms. Large family type room.
One room overlooks the lane - the other over the pool.
They were going to do something with the tower as well. sun deck ?
It was a construction site when I looked over Xmas new year however I imagine it will come up real good. I couldnt see a raised dining area like on the architectural drawings. Probably a blessing as if you had a few too many your chair could slip off the edge...
