Hi if you read my post below there is more info. Our driver does certain places for free. His boss is given commission from places such as Elephant safari, Safari and Marine park etc...our drivers details are Wayan Sabuh mobile - 085238411200 home number - (0361) 468286 I don't know how much he charges for other tours but didn't charge us anything except petrol to ubud and celuk...Hope this helps...Brooke
