This happen to me last Oct so I called my TA and asked why I could not check in and it was because they paid for the ticket on their special number so I could not do it, however she then gave me a different number to use and I did this and it worked. The number she gave was their number she used to get the ticket. You might give them a call and ask for the TA's number to use.
