We flew to Bali last year from Adelaide to Perth an then perth to Bali with Qantas. To say the least we were extremely dissappointed the hostess just about threw the food at us and we only received one drink and had to ask for another it seemed all to much for them. On our return flight we came home via singapore we flew from Bali to Singapore with Singapore Airlines it was a great flight we told purser that they need to give lessons to qantas on how to treat their customers. Then our flight from Singapore to Adelaide was with qantas and immediately there were problems we were informed we would not have any movie viewing as there had be a problem they had fixed part of the problem we believe business class but if they fixed all the screens our flight would have been delayed over 5 hours. I will say the staff were friendly than the perth to Bali flight but that wouldn't have been hard to beat. I sent Qantas an email regarding our dissapointment with the flight which was over 2 months ago but still have had no reply typical.
