situation, given the same experience I would of changed hotels as well. If they don't fix it, its best to find another hotel. I knew there was some thing you were not saying, you asked for a room change and it fell on deaf ears and they couldn't accommadate you in the same as what you paid for. There was no other solution but to change hotels.
