Hotel Kumala or Kumala Pantai

I'm a bit confused about some similar sounding hotels ... is the Hotel Kumala (or Grand Kumala) the same as the Kumala Pantai? There are two websites but the location seems to be same. The Kumala Pantai doesn't show up on some accommodation booking websites but the Hotel Kumala does. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Luke.
