Hi there,
I did the class through Alam Indah (ubud) and their restaurant, I think it's Lake Leke, but you can email them or call them and arrange. I loved this class as they took you through their organic garden and then helped create about 4 dishes. Then, best of all, you got to eat it. The class was smallish; only around 8 people and around $40aud. Very good value with a book and utensils to take home.
I believe that other more well known classes (e.g. Janet De Neefe's classes) are very popular but much more crowded and less personal attention. But that's just what I've heard second hand.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the classes I've done. Find the Alam Indah website and email them to enquire.
Have fun.
