in most hotels October is actually low season but the Dynasty has only the 2nd half as low season. The rates unfortunately have risen considerably. Up until the 15th Oct the rate is aprox $295AUD for a studio room and after that it is $256AUD per night.
After staying at the Dynasty many times I fear that they are outpricing themselves.
